Dear Mr.Director,
I bought the 1.5 ton window ac (June-2012) from carrier out of lot of brands giving lucarative discounts just because of brand which can promise me good after sales support.
I am very disappointed with the customer service that I have faced. I called the customer care to get my free wet service and I was told that the service would be done in 48 hrs. Its been more than 48 hrs and no body called me. This kind of service I was not expecting from big brand like Carrier.
This incident has compelled me to shy away from Carrier brand and today I bought another AC which is obviously not Carrier. I am very sorry to say that Carrier is having very poor after sales service.
Hence I thought I should warn my few friends too which I did through the internet blog.
