Extremely Disappointed with Carrier Customer Care

Dear Carrier Customer Care Team,


I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my AC installation complaint. Despite multiple calls and emails over the past few weeks, my issue remains unresolved.


The customer service representatives I spoke with seemed disinterested and unwilling to listen to my concerns. Each time, I was given vague assurances with no concrete solutions or follow-ups. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable, especially from a company of Carrier’s reputation.


As a paying customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism and efficiency. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. I urge you to address this matter promptly and improve your customer care services to prevent such frustrating experiences in the future.
