I bought an AC and they send CHIL AC SERVICES a third party agency for installation. The guys are not trained and they gave wrong connection which damaged the PCB also. But asked for replacement they said they it is fixed and cant be replaced. When I Complaint to Carrier customer care they are least bother about it and also the installation guy did not give bill. When I complain again there is no proper response and we have been humiliated by using harsh and abusive languages. So my recommendation is not to buy carrier AC at all to everyone. I have all proofs about this. Finally I got the bill after lot of hassles. I returned the AC as I can not live with this kind of 3rd rated service.
