After sales ser are disgusting and un professional

I had asplit invertor hot & cold AC of carrier company. Suddenly, an error "E1" appeared on the panel of inner unit and it stopped working. I lodged a complaint over customer care of the company. The technician visited and told me that the PCB of inner unit has some fault. He took both the PCBs (inner and outer unit) with him with the promise that either the new PCB will be replaced if available in the market or will be related. But after some 4 days he came along with the PCBs and narrated that either new is available in market nor could be repaired. He received his visiting charges Rs.708/- . I again contacted customer care and dropped e mails to the concerned. But of no avail.


This unprofessional behaviour has shaken my trust posed in company. I suggest the consumers not to go to purchase any product of this company.
