Worst Customer Service Brand

I recommend everyone not to buy carrier products. They will say big things while selling the products. But after selling they will not respond properly. Their service after selling the product is the worst. We called a service man to check the AC because it was making loud sounds. That service man did not do anything but checking the compressor, he said there is a fault in the compressor and when we asked to replace it since it is under 10 year warranty, he said charges will be applicable for it. What do you mean by charges? It is under warranty , it’s been only 1 year" we asked. He then replied there will be charged for gas that will be around 4000 and labour charges are extra. Why is this? We were assured that there will be no charges of any kind!! This is not what we expected. Either you mention all things that will happen, or you do not sell the product.
