Terrible product and horrible service

I bought Carrier Emperia 1.5 ton Inverter split AC. Within two months the AC stopped functioning. Fan motor was found faulty by carrier technician on lodging a complaint. I was told the part requires replacement. But even after 15 days the AC part did not arrive. I made number of calls to customer care/service center but nothing moves in carrier. The service center is least bothered if you ask about the delay. Mail dropped to customersupport.india@carrier.utc.com does not get any reply.


Looks like they do not just care.
