All window AC works same and has same machine inside .The main concern should be after sales service . This lesson I have learnt after buying Carrier window AC . AC is working fine like other ACs in my house but only difference is that I did service this unit with the help of Internet for first 2 years because after so many service requests the service guy never showed up later I bought other AC of another brand, so their service guys now service my career unit .This company may built good ACs but don’t care for their customers afterwards . Never recommend this AC to any one specially if you lives in village area or small town .
