A horrible experience with Cars24. After looking at their appealing advertisement that I will get the best value of my car, I decided to get my car evaluated.
The evaluator deliberately exaggerated the issues in my car to decrease the valuation. Agreed there was some noise in the engine but in the report he mentioned it as "Excessive Noise". Similarly, other issues were also exaggerated. This devalued my car to a considerable extend.
When the final price was quoted, it was Rs 1.04 Lakhs which was far less than the quotes given by others (Rs 1 75 Lakhs)
This is a deliberate attempt by Cars24 to exaggerate the issues and give you the worst price in contrast to what’s their advertisement says.
I would personally not recommend Cars24 after this horrible experience.
