I purchased car and soon after with one day 10km approx it driven, have ignition issue. Jump start made not issue resolved. Car24 warrenty team member ( e.id: 28803) Shevale Prashant Sharad bhai contacted me through proper channel of Karnavati car 24agent Deepak and Manager Juned bhai. Three of them helped me a lot as I very new in car, and driving not known properly.
The car issue resolved within 12hrs. Though it was Sunday till they worked hard and resolved the issue.

And I would also like to point out 3more things to Car24 management.
1.WIthout proper knowledge your call centre executives resolved ticket mentioning warrenty not covered. We new car holder Don’t have idea about car and its parts. So if any wrong we tell once it doesn’t mean we are hiding something.
During car purchase several times call your call center executives after became clear that no need finance/ loan. It’s very irritating.
Call centre call come soon after the call request that is good.
