Cars24. Com is just an shit!
I had taken a appointment in Bangalore banshankri branch on Thursday 3pm.
I drive Maruti Suzuki SX4 which is 2009 zxi model.
After I vsited this place there was no one to care about customer. I approached a guy there and told him that I had appointment at 3pm
The person told me to wait for 20 mins as there are no people to attend me.(3 people work has staffs)
I waited for 20mins later a guy come and askd for orginal RC and Insurance without inspecting my car. After seing documents he started to inspect vehicle by pulling down all the door rubbers and said its a accident vehicle, ( I was shocked being the owner of my car I dont know it met with accident).
Later he took my car for a test drive by ripping my car.(He doesn’t know to drive too)
With all stupid reasons he quoted a price of 1.70lakhs whereas the market value of my car is 2.40lakhs.
I decided not to talk to him because he is moron and dont know anything.
He challenged me that Cars24 is the only plce where I get best price to my car LOL
