On 27th March 2019, I booked an home inspection for 29th evening 5PM. As soon I made payment of 99/- there was a call multiple SMS and they followed up until 4PM that in an hour their Inspection person will visit over automated SMS. No one turned up until 5:15PM nor called up. When I called their toll free number, they were very casual to inform, sorry sir you have reschedule your appointment. When I insisted, I want it to be done today itself they generated a ticket saying that someone will call back in 15 Minutes. No one calls back until 6:30 PM. Then again I call back toll free number, answer is very simple, Sorry we apologise you have to reschedule. When I ask them why no one calls back to inform me in advance or reply to the ticket raised. No answer!! Frustrated myself ask for refund, their answer is it will be done after 15 days. When I shout this is how you make money by collecting 99/- from thousands of people and enjoy it for 15days... The thief is very fast to react that, now it’s my time to talk your request of refund is raised and if you need you can rebook again!!! Wow what way to make easy money...
