Cars 24 tension Hi tension

Sold my Honda car in October 2018

Till date the car RC has not been transferred in 16Months .Whenever I call them they say Sir don’t worry at all you are covered by our Policy. But the Tension of vehicle on Road with my name and someone using it Gives me jitters as it’s not safe ... Where should I report as no one on Cars 24 is responding..... If I could give half star I would have given them ...... Pathetic
