Am a channel partner with Cars24, I had procured Kerala registered TATA SAFARI From Bangalore cars24 on 21/12/2023, at the time of bidding the road tax & fitness certificate was expired, based on that I had bid for the car.
When I had contacted RTO agent to pay road tax, he informed seller mobile number is not linked with Aadhar card, first you need to link mobile number with Aadhar card then only you can pay the road tax.
I contacted cars24 customer care on 9/1/2023 they given seller mobile number based on that I spoke to the seller, he informed the vehicle owner was my mother & she got expired long back, at the time of sale I clearly informed cars24 team that car owner is expired.
When they sold me this car it was not informed me that RC owner was dead ( if I was aware i not bid for the car), I had raised my concern on 9/01/2023 every 3 days I was calling customer care they was telling you need to wait for 48 hour & now today 30/01/2023 again when I called customer care they are telling at the time of bidding we have informed you that car owner is expired, it’s lie they are cheating there channel partner.
I asked them do you have a proof that you people informed me that car owner is died, no proof when they call all calls will be recording.
It’s very bad experience from Cars24 it’s cheating we can’t trust them anymore.
