I suggest not to sell your car to cars 24 thinking that all procedure will be made easy by cars24 and even don’t sell if you require your amount urgently and having a car loan on that. They also charge extra amount for clearing the loan, but they take huge time for clearing and they only pay 1000 as token advance and they will take your car and they will make you to wait for lot which I am doing right now. & Even I don’t know whether they will raise some other issues or what????
Finally it is better to sell to the known person, even they will pay you the same amount and you can ask them for other process help also.
