This is the second time in the last 15months that I have tried selling a car through them. The instant evaluation is very promising but eventually when they give their offer it is lower by more than 30percent. So it is a hoax. I am surprised how celebrities choose to be brand ambassador to such a company, I assume they don’t know, besides I tried checking their website to find a way of posting this revirw, but I don’t see a way. It seems the reviews and testimonials on their site too are fake. I got exactly 1 lac more than their quote the last time I sold by I 20 vehicle. This time too for my Verna they have quoted 2.5 lacs lower than what I got from a car dealer. So my advise to all is not to trust the claims Cars 24 makes on the Social Media and Ads
