I went to Gurgaon Cars24 situated near Hero Honda Chowk. I went to sell my Wagon R. My car was in excellent condition. Upon doing test drive, the executive Gurdeep Singh screwed up my car. After inspection and when i got very less quote for my car, my car could not move. When i asked cars24 people, they say the clutch is not working and when i confronted with them they refused to own responsibility. Eventually i have to get it towed to Maruti service centre and had to pay 5000 to get the problem fixed. Kindly ensure you don’t get into their trap and especially be careful when they do test drive.
I will never going to recommend this company. I eventually sold my car to a dealer about 20% more than what cars24 quoted.
Be careful..be careful dealing with them.
