Their website claimed my car was worth between INR 10 to 11 Lacs. They pressured me into purchasing an auction package for INR 550 and offered me 8 Lacs after deductions. Instead of falling for Cars24 traps, I chose to sell my car to Spinny for INR 9.4 Lacs without having to buy any auction packages or any false claims or any drama. Additionally, the Cars24 team tried to make me buy a direct sell package for INR 1500, which was also a scam. My experience with Cars24 has been incredibly disappointing; their customer support is virtually non-existent, their prices are worse than those of a local dealer, and they waste a lot of your time and money without making any sales!
