I took my Hyundai Accent a couple of weeks ago to the Cars24 outlet in Faridabad. This company assures you that they will give you a best price for your car but the price which they quoted was 50% less than what I got from other car resellers outside. I went there because they advertise that Cars24 will give you the best price for your car and a representative from this branch kept on calling me continuously , so I thought why not give it a try. Once I reached there the inspection took about an hour after which the processing took place which another hour. At last they told me that my car will be put up on their auction site and bidders will bid on my car for 1 day after which they will give me a call. Well, I did get their call but it was dissapointing to hear their excessive low offer on my car.
I contacted some other used car dealers and posted an ad on olx after which I sold my car for double the amount cars24 offered me.
If you want to sell your car please don’t go to cars24, they will waste your time and then come up with a unreasonable offer which you won’t want to take. Use Olx , it’s a better way to sell your car , and negotiations are under your control and not others.
