Do Cars24 clear the car loans

Do Cars24 clear the car loans on behalf of the seller?


As I have asked to my hdfc bank loan department, that is it possible, if I sell my car at Cars24, then can Cars24 pay my pending loans on behalf of me? The bank CustomerCare said me that it is not possible. So I am getting confuse that who is correct, bank or cars24? As one of my friend’s friend said me that he sold his car at Cars24, and his loan was paid by Cars24.


So what is correct?


Can anybody help me?
