CARS24_India is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
They claim that u can get the best price for your second hand vehicle but when it comes to valuation they value your car even lesser than that price which the showroom guys are ready to pay you. My tata indica vista was valued by showroom guys at 200000 but when I came to cars24.com they just valued the same car at 156000. They just try to get your vehicles sold to them at very cheap price and resell it at very high price in the market.
The person inspecting your vehicle also does not have much knowledge about the vehicles technical part. My cars cluth plate was replaced 1 week before the inspection but the person who inspected my car said that the cluth plate needs to be replaced soon as it is almost worn out.
This itself clearly determines the quality of their service.
