Personally I took my precious time to make all you alert & make you warn/ cautious for selling your car through Cars24.com.With the big mouth advertisement by Boman Irani a known reputed Film actor, I was quite impressed & I decided to contact them for inspection & valuation of my car. I took appointment & visited their Thane branch at Uthalsar Thane -W as per time schedule. They verified my RC & Insurance etc.Earlier when I contacted them & requested them to send a person to my place with a normal charge of Rs. 199/- as per their add.But they advised me in a very polished manner stating that Sir we cannot send our person to your place as this service is not available for required Thane Branch! This was their first blow & non fulfillment as per their advertisement.Then their suggestion comes with a very assured & polite manner saying that Sir we have state of Art machinery & equipment’s at our branch & through which we can offer you in depth inspection & evaluation. I was very much pleased & decided to make use of it as they assured me that it is free of cost & giving me a opportunity to get clear picture of my car for valuation I decided to visit the Branch . I visited the branch & started the process with the RC & insurance as usual .They advised me to seat outside for half an hour till all registration details gets updated. I waited their patiently & after half an hour they initiated inspection of my car . To my surprise there was NO MACHINERY & no equipment except a person with mobile phone who was taking photos of my car from outside & inside & only one small equipment I have seen that is color coat tester which he has used for 3-4 places to check whether the coat is original or not?Since my car is only 3 years old with a genuine run of 15000 km I was expecting to get a good price since it is top end model!He asked me several questions & I answered all those questions promptly as I don’t want to hide anything! This is the second blow came to me that there is no machinery & equipment’s as per their promises!I was quite wondering why the hell these peoples suggested me to come to their branch as this is only a marketing type of office with 2-3 persons out of which one is Manager type & other one is supervisor inspector type!After the process completed in 1 hr they told me to come back to their office after 1 hr to get the best price . I was quite curious & hopeful that I will be getting the best price.I visited their office again with a very positive hope & enthusiasm that CARs24.com wil be giving me the best price but to my surprise & utter disappointment they offer me the 40-45% actual cost of my car.My car value is 12.77 Lakh & they offer me only 5.65 that too for 24 hrs as per their prescribed conditions!I was a master blow for me & decided to immediately quit their office saying thank you in extremely bitter manner & said to the hell of your big mouth add & decided to write the mail to their customer care & review on this site. Friends they are cheater & they analyzed your requirement with & urgency by keep you waiting & then they offer such a low /migger price for immediate deal . If anybody who is in urgency & in need of money may succumbed to their tactics & fall as soft pray to this Shark in Car trading.So friends my advise not to go to CARS24.com in any case as they are Bhedia’s in the skin of goat!Pl don.t use this platform in all sake use offline dealers probably they can give you the best price with a charge of Rs 5000/- to 10000/- as a commission. This is my first hand true experience & hence I wanted to share with all of you . Mouthshut.com may highlight this experience every where so that all needy people get the true feedback!Thanks to all of you!
