Tampered Odometer

I have purchased a Maruti alto car after getting inspection done by cars24.I have paid commission of 3000/-to Cars24.It is found that the odometer is tampered.I want to return the car and get back my money.They are not at all helping.Please help.I am from Bangalore.I am trying to make them to understand the 420 nature of the case but no use.People who suffered on account of CARS24 can come together and consider taking legal action.I am from Bangalore.mobile 9663838111.Pl contact
