I had sold my car in October 2018. Till today, my RC Book has not been transferred, the car is still in my name even after more than one year of sale.
When I call the helpline number of Cars24, they never connect me to their superior, they always say that supervisor is busy, you will get a call back. But I never got a call from Cars24.
Now, I don’t know how my old car is being used, is it used for some illegal purpose, I don’t know and they don’t tell.
So, I am now worried when they don’t connect me to supervisor. The car was sold in Pune and I am now shifted to Rajasthan.
If anything happens, the police will catch me.
So finally, there seems to be some wrong intention and that is why Cars24 people don’t let me to speak to supervisor.
So, friends be careful, hassle free RC TRANSFER is only in advertisements of Cars24, I am running the same risk which is there with any other private agent.
