MANIPULATION AT BRANCH LEVEL. Please beware of HBR branch.

I find them lacking in transparency and integrity.

Their engineer inspected my car and I received an sms saying as per their assessment it can be sold at 2.39 lacs.

But after a couple of hours I received a message saying they can offer me 96k.

Then next day they put it up on listing for 1.5 lacs without informing me. I felt they should have consulted the customer the rate at which I am willing to sell. Writing to their customer service gave no response.

Finally I sold it off myself. At much higher price.

Waste of time.
