Worst experience with Cars24

  1. Booked appointment online and got 23 calls the day before which gets disconnected when attended. All are from different numbers which are tagged with their name in trucaller.pqp

  2. Went to chennai-velecherry branch on the day of appointment 30 mins late from my side. We were well received and inspection process strted within 30 mins. Worst part comes here. The person who inspected never drove the car. Well the car was too old and for sure every so dated car will have wear and tear dents and scratches. I never mind him mentioning those, fully functional side tail lamp had small hole like 0.5 cm dia, that means, the car is without tail lamp itseams. We had battery replaced a year before and still in warrenty. Bt he mentioned as battery capacity as low. A dot of rust in A piller so the entire A piller is damaged. I have never seen smoke from this petrol car but he mentioned as white smoke. This car will never drag to any side but mentioned so. That too without driving.

We checked with the tyres in local puncture shop 3 months back and he assured 20k+ kms but here they are mentioning as needs replacement. And also found a comment reg engine heating. My 1 month old creta too gets to same temp when kept engine running in idle fr a min!! Overall they gave a quote which is lesser to the core. I would even get more money if i dispose this as scrap in local old metal market..!! Moreover we would be charged 2000 if the cars value is less than a lakh and if we accept it.. Total waste of time going there.. They are expecting car similar to new but still wont give even half its rate.
