Would you believe if one made you sit in an office for 1.5 hrs and then told you got 86 bids and the price offered is 1/3 of market price?
I mean does car selling work that way? This whole process is flawed. Were 5 Cars24 staff, who were present in the office, and who huddled and murmured for few seconds, proxied as bidders?
I visited cars24 facility in Gurgaon, and while waiting there for roughly an hour, having hard time to digest this "bidding" story, I glanced through a couple of tweets about cars24, and within an instant I realized I was wasting my time.
The branch manager Instructed an executive "wo swift wale ka price release kar. sun.sun." then hush hush.
Nonetheless, office decor was nice. Staff were trained and sophisticated kind. Alas, the business model is flawed, not competitive, and far from transparent.
The rule is simple - you cant run a ponzi scheme and run far with that. Do yourself a favor and change your business model.
