This cart2india(cart2usa) gave me the worst experience. I made a purchase on ebay from this seller with paisapay id 38031930576 . it was a charger for asus TF101. the product listing showed it is compatible for TF101. I also asked them a question whether it is compatible or not again. they said yes.i ordered it on 5/12/14 and you wont believe it was delivered on 29/12/2014. the worst part is it is NOT compatible.
I was shocked to see that they have edited the product description and removed TF101 from compatibility list. When I contacted their customer care, the didnot attend the call. then I filed a claim in ebay paisapay guarantee.then they gave a mail to provide me my bank details for refund. meanwhile ebay customer care executive said that they are processing refund and not to contact or respond seller.
I gave negative feedback for this seller on ebay. after seeing the negative feedback, cart2usa customer care executive called me and she spoke in very unprofessional manner and she laughed for unknown reasons. she disconnected and called again told she laughed as they were celebrating a birthday party which was false. she dint spoke in a nice manner. I did not hear such a stupid call anywhere. Moreover she asked me to remove negative feedback. This is the worst e commerce experience.
so the lesson isif you somewhere see a wordcart2usa or cart2india in any shopping sites, you should be very careful . You can get the same product anywhere BUT NOT FROM THEM. I think U can understand my frustration and my pain from this post. This was made to make e-commmerce platform better by kicking worst sellers out.
