I have purchased over 50 products from Different websites like Flipkart, Amazon, Ebay, snapdeal, shopclues and some more for over 3 years and never almost been disappointed once.
But this Cart2Ind, Just ordered one product and it was Cancelled stating that "The product is banned in India".
I have been watching that particular product of months together and it was still posted. But I didn’t understand, why a Banned product is posted for sales on Cart2India.
So before ordering the product I sent them mails twice asking weather the product can be shipped to India or Not. But no Response.
So, I then ordered the product thru Cash on Delivery and within a day, I got a call from them a Customer support Executive and she said, that my product has been cancelled since its banned in India.
So I asked her "Why banned product is posted for sales on the website" and she said "Its becoz of bulk posting". And she also said that the product will be removed from the website within few days!
But the product is still on the website, not removed and available for sales. In Fact the product is for sales with offers too.
I don’t know wat kind of Website the Cart2India is running.
Posting up banned products and misguiding the customers.
And second thing I hate with Cart2india for pricing heavily. They Charge the double for a normal product. Thats too much.

Nothing yet.
CONS -
1) Banned product posted on Website and are never removed even after notified. They are only removed after been ordered. Uh.
2) Heavy Pricing on Products. Almost double.
3) Not enough product description on products for sale.
4) The website design is very crude. For example - U can’t see the sellers detail or Shipping process and Select the product colors, etc.
5) Customer Service is Show to dead. They never response and always say the same old recorded stuff.
Overall, not a recommended website to buy products from. Fake Website with fake unreal products.
Update 2022 - Finally a good thing from this website. Yes, its still priced heavily and yes the shipping takes a lots of time but finally my COD has arrived and product is working good as well.!
Details - After almost 25 years, I got to buy a databank digital diary watch. This is sold nowhere in India, so had to import. Was available only at Ubuy and Cart2India. Ubuy was selling at 7K+ and Cart2India only 3K. So placed the order with them for COD and after 30 days approximately the item arrived at my door step. And yes, the watch is working perfectly great and my long time dream fulfilled.
