I would like to start the review with just one word "fraud company".
Please never ever book a car with myles or carzonrent.I booked a self-drive mahindra e20 vehicle with them for 4 days in bangalore.I did the booking well in advance to avoid any issue.
When I went to pick the vehicle from their location( near lido mall MG road), they said vehicle is not available as there is damage on it so they will arrange some other car for me.they are informing this to me when I reached there. nobody bothered to infrom me a day before even about it.
Then this whole drama started.they asked me to take ETIOS sedan vehicle. I said what the hell is this? I am not comfortable with this sedan vehicle.thats the reason I booked a small car.
Worst part is when I reached the location.nobody bothers to attend the customer.even I saw this with other customers as well. Nobody over there bothered to arrange some car for me.Their customer care service was worst ever. when I called them for my issue.they just they will call me back but nobody bothered to give a call back. Nobody was ready to understand that how a lady will go back home as it was already 10:00 pm.their operations manager in bangalore.even he also didnt help. Customer care.operations manager.everybody was just passing the buck to each other. Finally I had to come home without vehicle and moreover till now I didnt get my refund.
Rajiv Vij- MD carzonrent. Your company provides worst customer service.i would have ever come across.After reading the reviews here.i would suggest.you better shut your company when u dnt have enough vehicles to supply to customer and just make them fool by keeping the money for some days and then giving the refund.Also I would like to mention few names over here who were just pathetic while asking for any solution.
