Came to know about MYLES from advertisements. Booked a Swift VDI self drive for my trip from Hyderabad to Nellore(Andhra) for 3 days. I had an important family function to attend and my parents are very old that is why I had to book a self drive car. After I booked when I checked the reviews it scared me a lot. Some ppl even warned that they trap you with advertisements and they spoil your weekend and cancel ur booking without ur notice in last minute. I had decided to cancel my booking and my other option is Zoomcar which is bit expensive compared to MYLES. To be on safer side I checked review of Zoomcar and there also the same story and zoomcar was more scary then MYLES. No option left for me and I decided to take the risk and didnt cancel my booking.
I booked 1 week in advance. I asked the customer care to share the contact of hyderabd car guy they said they will share before one day of the pick up day. As expected noone contacted me to share the number. I called up CC and then they provided hyderbad office number. I spoke to Mr Anand from Hyderbad. Very nice person. He handed over me the car on time. I maintained 100kmph speed throughout the journey and there was no speed violation. No scratches on car and I returned the car on time. The return was very smooth.
Refund also processed. The overall experience was very good. But only annoying thing is speed limit 100KMPH. It took me 9hrs to cover 500kms. You cant even maintain 70kms avg speed and u have to keep an eye on speedometer which is so tiring and dangerous too. It was ok for me because I got old persons on board and 100kms was safe.
