I booked the cab for travel on 27-Nov-2013 for the 28th evening local travel. I received the booking confirmation along with the information that car and car driver details will be sent to me an hour before the journey. One hour before the journey, just when I was getting curious that I have not received the information from Carzonrent, my phone rang and the guy on the other side was from the Carzonrent and tells me that "Sorry for Inconvenience we cannot send the car."
It was a big surprise for me, my family and myself were all set to attend a family event and the car company of this repute has just behaved very irresponsibly.
I tried to negotiate with the Carzonrent agent of other options like any other car, may be late by few minutes - but nothing worked, the only thing this guy had for me, "We dont have car and it cannot come."
It was a big disappointment for us - The company has a very professional looking website, but at the end if they dont do the service, it is all a waste.
I am happy that I was not traveling to airport to catch a flight. But now I am not going to trust them, rather make sure people around me also know, how unreliable and irresponsible these guys are!
