Firstly, they pick up the phone only when you need to pay them or make a booking.after booking or between the travel they might just say to you that they have another work too and cannot attend your calls all the times.i mean WTF!?
Also, their drivers are very rude thinking that we are not paying them and they dont even need the money.they are doing you a favour by taking you with them.when you confront this is what you have to do, they would just stray you mid way and say I dont need the money you can go on your own.! Ruthless bas*ds.
Also, they will insist on thaking the longer route even if it has a bad road and when you say take a turn as per my gps as this route is short they will argue with you till you say okay do whatever.
I might have fought with them but saved at least 150kms by taking the route that the GPS was showing and not as per driver.
Also, the drivers are just shameless, they would just come and sit with you wherever you are dining and if you order a food of Rs100 to be in budget they will order at least Rs300 and then say that you have to pay for them as if we are not giving them enough allowance already.
Worst experience of my life in Gujrat with these people.In the name of Gujrat only the driver was who I found a bit brainless types.I would not recommend anyone to drive with Mitha the driver(mind the pun but as the name suggests!)
They would be closing down soon I know.
