Poor service by myles

We rented a swift yesterday(booking id 6604252) and the experience was a total disaster. We had booked the car for 11:30AM. The executive was at the pickup spot full one hour late . After out trip we confirmed with the executive that we will be dropping the car at 11 PM. We communicated this well in advance and reached the place in alignment with the executive.We were at the drop off point at 11 PM with the car.We had to wait an hour again in rain for the executive to come.When he eventually came he was very rude and was misbehaving with us.He asked us to take the car home when we were trying to put our point across. We took the car home and tried to call the executives incharge who kept coming up with lame excuses that, the guys handling it from a different shift. Today morning after a consultation we decided a dropping point near Jogeshwari at 11:15 am.I reached in time and had to wait again for an hour before the guys turned up.I had a meeting schedules at 11:30 Pm which I had to miss due to this.The guys who eventually came were not professional either, instead of understanding our problem, they started making claims of non sensical rules that you can drop off the car after the whole booking time of 24 hrs and not before that. This was such a shocking experience . I would never recommend Myles to any individual who is looking for a smooth experience.The least I can expect now is a quick closure.
