Please please please dont ever becom a Member of Casa Retreat. , I’m a member of Casa Retreat :( . We have been member since 2006(3 yrs membership) & our membership will laspe in next 2 months but have’nt been able to use their service till date.This is the service they offer.
They call people day in & day one & speak in all the possible language very sweetly to convince u to take the membership immediately. They play with your ego saying its ur life, ur money, whom else would you discuss with, when u have your partner with you.
But now we are repenting for our this., since there is no one to answer our call on the nos given to us by them 41127527 & 41126735.
The contact person is supposed to be Gopi & Rohit for reservation, but could never speak to them & all others dont belong to this reservation section( how funny) After repeted call, we were frustrated & booked our trip both the years to Goa & Pondy. They also have the so call site to book the trip online but I’ve not recd even an aknowledgement of my mails. Its only been a torture to be their member without anyone to contact.
