I recieved a Call from Casa Retreat last month, asking me to write some feed back about holidays I have availed with them, at this forum, I was a little surprised that as to why do they want me to share my experience with the whole world where as I am happy with their services and the very well know that, the fact is that I have renewed my membership with them twice, goes to prove that I trust them for their standards & services,
Its when I opened the link that they forwarded me that I realized that, yes they do need a little bit of support fro members like us WHO DO ENJOY THEIR GOOD SERVICES AND FACILITIES BUT DO NOT SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH OTHERS, I am here today to say that yes I am very much satisfied with the Co. I have been associated with them for the last 8 years and have never had any problems with any of my holidays. I hope Casa will continue to offer the same support to me in times to come.
I wish them all the best and hope that they are able to take care of all their members and avoid their members getting frustrated and writing such reviews on the net which will effect the companys image. All a happy and loyal members of the co. we are always there to vouch for their services
