I have been a member with Casa Retreat for the last 2 years, I also have a membership with club Mahindra. To begin with I would say that I was impressed with the service provided by casa retreat, my 2 holidays at Goa and Pondicherry were excellent, the resort provided by Casa was excellent and the entire process was very smooth, every thing worked according to how we wanted.
At Casa Retreat I paid an amt of Rs 17500 to join as member which gives me 4 days holiday each year + some 3 days complimentary holiday each year (for which they have a choice of some 5 destinations). At club Mahindra I had paid Rs 125000 in 2006 and till date I have not been able to use even 1 single holiday, every time I call, either there is no availability of rooms as per my choice or they give some reason of season restriction etc. I am very happy to say that my membership decision with casa retreat was right, I can atleast use holidays as per my convenience.
