I took the Casa retreat package of Rs 13, 500 from hyderabad office , for 3 year vacation. I used for first year , I did not use the 2nd and 3rd year vacation. Mean while they shutdown the hyderabad office with out any notice to any of the members.I made some trips to Hyderabad office and later found that it was closed.
During the initial discussion , they said that I can rent out the vacation package of Rs 5000/yr if I did not use it.
When I asked to rent out my 2nd and 3rd year vacations, they said that only 3rd year vacation can be rented out , then I said fine, atleast give me back Rs 5000 by renting out the vacation package of 3rd year. They stopped responding to me after that.
I am from hyderabad and I cannot go to Bangalore and fight with them for 5000. Even I don’t know I will get those 5000 refunded to me even If I go to Blore.
Don’t fall into the trap of Casa Retreat.
