As suggested by many people, it has been a worst experience with CASA Retreat after having paid Rs. 28000 to them.(via credit card). In the initial seminar, we will be shown fantastic places with nice narration and attracite price savings.
However after we pay them, the next moment our tense-making time of hell would be started.
- I booked for an internation travel with these buggers. They took double money for VISA processing as against normal price with Agents & they did not provide the receipts for many things.
2.As usual, the vouchers for Hotel were given on last day befoe travel; which made us so tensed. Mr. Ravi from Casa Retreat is the co ordinator for us. His approach was quite rashing and least bothered. He does not know how to talk with customtakeouters in a diplomatic manner. In fact my wife fell sick and went into depression because of these last minute agony.
As per their legal documents, we need to pay Rs. 1500 as service charge per day for any international Hotel booking. But during the travel time, they charged Rs. 4300 per day as service charge, whereas the hotel rent was Rs. 3600 only per day.
On the last day before travel date, they sent a mail, that we need to pay additional fee which they would reimburse after we come back from the trip. When we came back and asked for the same, they took 20 days to prepare the check and issued 1 month post dated check from that date, with some deduction in it.
Further to legal documents, we get reimbursement of 30% discount on food and transport bills. However Now the bill is for Rs. 33000(approx) and 30% of this amount is Rs.9900(approx). After submitting all the necessary bills, Mr. Ravi is telling we have a maximum permissible limit of Rs. 8000 and 30% of 8000 is Rs. 2400. We will be able to pay only Rs. 2400; if you want you take, else leave it by disconneting the call.
They are least bothered even if we go to court against them. We need to teach them a big lesson; otherwise they will be more happy to cheat more & more people by calling them on every Saturday and Sunday with minimal gifts.
