Poor service, delayed handover after RERA ext

Poor customer service. Lot of delay in handover even after RERA extension


Initial handover date - Oct 2019


Postponed date- March 2020(Tentatively)


Postponed date 2 - May 2020(Tentatively)


Postponed date 3 - Oct 2020(Tentatively)


So far no good progress. EB, Parking and Amenities are still pending. Just initiated NOC. Really not sure atleast they handover is Jan 2021. RERA final date is Oct 2020.


Not allowed for site visit. If you are new purchaser, you will be allowed. Only for NOC visit they allow buyers.


Pathetic experience. Buyers are losing their money. Lot of worst reviews we can see for CG Miro.
