Looks like Casagrand managed to fake reviews in Mouthshut... most positive ones r paid or by their employees. Casagrand missed their deadline by a 9 month margin now..... they promised handover by end of October 2019.... but the actual move in time is most likely to be by end of April 2021 as per recent update... compentation provided CASAGRAND is fooling us by handovering keys by April to make us feel like they handed over as updated in RERA but actual situation is there is no power connection available which, will be given only by end of Aug 2020. wasted time and money investing here. Other builders around OMR like NEST builders, appasamy, bashyam, Adroit who launched along with Casagrand Supremus project have already handedover appartments from September 2019. Looks like there is severe shortage in work force and very poor planning of CASAGRAND ruined all my plans. Advertisements are rocking anyway....

when i told CRM, if this is the case, i need to opt legal procedure, CRM replied sarcastically it will delay your handover. They simply worry on their loss and not about buyers.

All False Promises and suspicious

Every question that I asked has never been answered and I was promised that I would get all of it answered after Booking. But till date ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.


Eg:


1> Asked for a Cost Breakup sheet - Will get after Booking


2> Asked for Plinth Elevation - Will get info after Booking


3> Asked to view similar unit or finished units - Will show after Booking


4> Any Discounts - CRM team will give after Booking


5> Some Sales associates are rude(Arya Krishnan)


6> Handover date - not sure but CRM team will update after Booking


Bl All of this is a lie and many more just dont have the energy to write all of this after going thru all this.


Please get in touch desperately need to create a Whatsapp Group and need to get solutions.

Don't buy from CG builders

Don’t buy from this fraud builder , they are taking bookings amount from people immediately and after that they will not respond your call .after one month they cancelled the booking automatically and not giving the refund.so frustrating mentally. and financially also .I got to know the same thing happen with 3more people from my contact.if any one getting call from Priyanka , kartikeyan don’t deal with them.avoid this project

Misselling is not Casa Mgt concern

I would like to advise caution when dealing with this property seller. There appears to be significant discrepancies in the pricing information shared across different channels—advertisements state one thing, the on-site sales team provides another, and the sales agreement reflects yet another.


They provided me incorrect details, collected payment, and have since delayed any resolution for months. There seems to be no oversight to address these practices, and certain sales executives appear to engage in questionable tactics without intervention or accountability from the management.


Please ensure you thoroughly verify all details before proceeding with any transactions.


The Project is not listed below as its a Bangalore project(Casagrand Vivacity, electronic city, Bangalore)

Unresponsive, Unreliable, and Unprofessional

Dealing with Casagrand has been a nightmare. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but the communication is terrible—no answers or updates on the key handover, and they keep charging interest with no clear explanation. We’re stuck paying EMIs and rent because of their delays, and they just don’t seem to care. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
