I am the owner of casagrand vivacity project (Electronic City) I had a very bad experience with casagrand builders, I booked the property during pre launch and during booking Day only I had a concern of the unit’s and I informed the CRM team, backend team and sales team regarding my preferred units and everyone assure me that they will do the swaping but in reality it was not happening till now. I am having
deeply concerned about the manner in which the units were opened for sale without my knowledge. This raises serious questions regarding the brand value and the professionalism being followed in the process. It also seems as though the builder is taking customer bookings and booking amounts for granted, which is unacceptable.
