1 star just bcoz there is no 0. They don’t deserve it too. They promised Dec 2021 handover while booking, then extended to March 2022 without a proper reason, Now it even got extended to Sep 2022. There is lot of diff from Initial model to Actual units. It’s Jan 2022 now, but Still they are not allowing us for a site visit. We paid almost 90% to 95% of payment but still we don’t know about current (real) status of the apartment. Don’t think of Zenith project in your life. Go, Buy ready to Occupy apartments. Try to stay away from Casagrand as well. You’ll be happy.
