I was connected with CASHBACKINDIA since 1.5 years. I had very bad experience at the end of Jan 2016, they are unable to track my transaction of large amounts. They just avoid my mails and not giving reply to me. Always OFFLINE when I I was login to my account. When I was new they provide me good service but right now they are not giving any reply to my mails, dont track my cashback.
Recently I was bought a LED TV for Rs. 15000, On which I must get cashback of Rs.190 which is more but they do not track it. Even when I was submit MISSING CASHBACK TICKET they deleted my ticket also. they have very poor tracking system which is very hard to do. I think they must improve it otherwise they will lost their customers. The one BEST thing is they are giving MORE CASHBACK as compare to other sites. When I was new they are ONLINE while login to my Account, but since 8 months they never online to help me on any issue. I had lost my thousands of cashback due to missing for tracking.
Other sites have unique link for shopping through which we can shop easily and chances of 100% TRACKING cahsback. I am not satsfied with all of its service so will not suggest to anyone.Stay away from CASHBACKINDIA try another best option.
