I got a mail the my auto debit fail which is due on 16 Jan 2020, how you can claim one day before. I am having sufficient balance in my account. Your customer care number is not available, I spoken with Mr Son kumar Mishra he is interested to my debit card number only why you dont have customer care facility. I can show my bank statement which shows sufficient balance in my account. This shows that something is going wrong in the company which should be brought to the notice of law. I am waiting for the reply of correct person, I dont want to speak with fake person.

your customer care team told me to down load any application which is known as anydesk what is the necessity to down load another application can you please reply.
This is very serious matter.
