This is the worst ever services, I have taken loan using cahse app, unfortunately one EMI got missed and later it was paid with interest and settled. However after few months I just checked my CIBIL report and found this guys not updated payment details it is showing OVER DUE, and, they don’t even have the proper contact number and their response to the mails.
Even after the mail being sent, I don’t receive proper response except that ridiculous mailer with the same content which is of not use.
Please try to develop your customer care otherwise you will close your business.
