I paid some heavy amount to safegold theu cashfree txn which was unsuccessful. I raised this query to my banker, safegold, UPI. All said that txn was successful. And made me exhaust all the available options to get my money
After 2 months if silence and riding in my miney Cashfree confirmed to my bank that txn was unsuccessful so my bank has to refund the money ( another lie) . Cashfree parallelly confirmed to merchant about its mistake and hush up the matter.
Tell me cashfree who is going to pay for the interest for 2 months you ate up, expenses I incurred to get my money refunded, peace of mind and time all concerned lost.
My recommendation to all, if you are using cashfree as payment gateway, be careful lest you should run for your money.
