Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I received a payment request that was clearly intended for someone else. There was no contact email provided to report the error, and the message came from a no-reply address that doesn’t exist. The only instruction given was to visit a link and register if I couldnt complete the payment. The lack of basic competence in handling such communications is truly astonishing.
