Easily I went to all process & they said pick up will come to your after 5days as you’re living in rural areas. I am ok with it .but pick person come to me on11th day of my interaction in between that I used customer service of this site which give worst experience regarding online I ever had. So finally I sold my mobile to my friend in low price. So my opinion is to if you’re planning to cashify beaware about their service this is my humble request to you guy’s.
