I raised an order for mobile selling. The technician kept on rescheduling the visit and in total he rescheduled 5 times in 2 weeks. Everyday I used to receive IVR call from cashify for confirmation. everyday I used to receive sms that technician tried reaching me but in reality he never called me.
I don’t know about store visit experience but their online service is certainly not recommendable and a big NO NO.
