Terrible experience with Cashify

I had given the pick up time for Moto G4 Plus between 1pm-5pm. The pickup agent called at around 7.15 pm and asked me to wait till 8.00 pm. I was planning to go out in the evening:( I was initially promised ₹4500( ₹4300+₹200 on using coupon FEB). The agent cited various reasons and requoted the price as ₹2650 which was really disappointing and unprofessional. Since I was in a hurry to go out and didn’t want to argue with with him I agreed half heartedly. And the worst part is that he took the phone and left in a hurry telling that the transaction is complete and till now I have not received the money in my account. Indeed a horrible experience. A big thumbs down to Cashify;(


I got the following message:


Dear Karthik Manu, Your order has been completed. An amount of Rs.2650.00 has been transferred to your SYNDICATE BANK account XXXXXXXXX00420. Thank you for selling your device on Cashify. In case of issues, please call 72-900-68-900.


But till now I have not received any such credit in my account. All in all it was a Terrible experience with Cashify for my Service No. MP1F547893
